Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead requirements discovery sessions with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders.
  • Document current-state and future-state business processes for permitting, licensing, application intake, review workflows, approvals, document generation, payments, and reporting.
  • Translate business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, data mappings, and functional specifications.
  • Support configuration design for Salesforce Solutions, Experience Cloud, OmniStudio, Flow, and related Salesforce capabilities.
  • Work closely with solution architects, developers, QA, and project managers to ensure requirements are understood and delivered accurately.
  • Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, requirement clarification, UAT planning, and defect triage.
  • Support data migration and integration discussions, including mapping business data from legacy systems to Salesforce and external systems.
  • Help define role-based access needs for internal users, external applicants, consultants, reviewers, and administrators.
  • Create and maintain documentation, including business process maps, requirements traceability, test scenarios, training inputs, and user guides.
  • Assist with stakeholder communication, change impact assessment, and user adoption activities.
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on enterprise IT or CRM implementation projects.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience supporting Salesforce implementation projects.
  • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Public Sector Solutions, or OmniStudio.
  • Strong ability to translate business needs into Salesforce user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.
