The Role

• Deliver exceptional service to customers and prospects, identifying their needs and offering tailored financial solutions.
• Proactively engage with existing customers and prospects through needs-based assessments to build loyalty and identify opportunities.
• Provide advice and guidance on financial solutions, including everyday banking, retail investments, lending, and small business solutions.
• Support customer transactions and offer advice on digital and self-serve options to simplify banking.
• Identify and address customer credit needs, making sound credit recommendations in compliance with policies and regulations.
• Contribute to the growth of the business by building new relationships within the community.

What You'll Need

• 2-3 years of relevant experience, with a post-secondary degree in a related field desirable or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Working knowledge of personal and small business customer needs, solutions, retail investments, and lending products.
• Experience in a consultative customer service or sales role with a passion for delivering a personal customer experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport and connections with customers.
• Good verbal and written communication, organizational, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Confidence in using social media, tablets, smartphones, and online tools.
