The Role

What You'll Need

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in financial services, with a post-secondary degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Working knowledge of personal and small business customer needs, solutions, retail investments, and lending products.
• Experience in a consultative customer service or sales role, with a strong drive to deliver a personal customer experience.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Confident in using modern digital tools and applications for customer engagement.
• A proactive, resourceful, and collaborative approach to serving customers and supporting the team.
