The Role

• Deliver exceptional customer service and identify client needs to recommend tailored financial solutions.
• Proactively engage with existing customers and prospects through needs-based assessments.
• Provide advice on digital and self-serve options to simplify banking for customers.
• Support customer transaction needs and build new community relationships.
• Address inquiries and resolve issues related to lending applications and compliance.
• Make credit recommendations for personal lending, including home financing.

What You'll Need

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in financial services or a similar consultative sales/service role.
• Working knowledge of personal and small business customer needs, retail investments, and lending products.
• Experience in a consultative customer service or sales role with a drive for personal customer experiences.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and solve problems creatively.
• Proficient in using digital tools, including social media, smartphones, and online applications.
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
