The Role

• Deliver exceptional service to customers and prospects, identifying needs and providing tailored financial solutions.
• Proactively engage existing customers and prospects through needs-based assessments to foster loyalty and uncover opportunities.
• Offer advice and guidance on digital and self-serve options to simplify and expedite banking.
• Support customer transaction needs based on branch traffic.
• Build new relationships within the community to grow the business.
• Address inquiries and resolve issues related to consumer credit audits and quality checks, ensuring compliance with regulations.

What You'll Need

• 2-3 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Working knowledge of personal and small business customer needs and solutions.
• Working knowledge of retail investments and lending products.
• Experience in a consultative customer service or sales role.
• Strong interpersonal, listening, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Bilingual Spanish is preferred.
