The Role

• Proactively identify customer needs through needs-based assessments to foster loyalty and uncover opportunities.
• Recommend tailored financial solutions across everyday banking, investments, lending, and small business needs.
• Guide customers on leveraging digital and self-serve channels for a seamless banking experience.
• Support customer transaction needs and contribute to overall business objectives.
• Build new relationships within the community and generate appointments to grow the business.
• Ensure accurate data entry and compliance with lending policies for consumer credit audits.

What You'll Need

• 2-3 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Working knowledge of personal and small business customer needs and solutions.
• Familiarity with retail investments and lending products.
• Experience in a consultative customer service or sales role with a passion for delivering a personal customer experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with an aptitude for listening, problem-solving, and creative thinking.
• Confident use of social media, mobile devices, and online tools.
