The Role

• Manage and mentor a team of Product Marketing Associates.
• Review and direction of creative assets for catalog layout, web pages, flyers, inserts, and emails.
• Act as the primary liaison between Merchandising and Creative for new product selection and development.
• Foster open and efficient communication across departments regarding new and existing product initiatives and web marketing.
• Develop innovative product positioning strategies that consider existing offerings and customer perspectives.
• Analyze market research and internal reports to identify emerging product trends and inform marketing strategies.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree.
• 7+ years of experience in marketing, product management, or new product development with a proven track record of success.
• Experience in sourcing or selecting new products.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor a team.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Catalog experience is a significant plus.
