The Role

• Manage and mentor a team of Product Marketing Associates.
• Review and direct creative assets for catalog layouts, web pages, flyers, and emails.
• Act as the liaison between Merchandising and Creative for new product selection.
• Maintain clear communication across departments regarding product development and web marketing.
• Develop new product positioning strategies from both a product and customer perspective.
• Analyze market research and internal reports to identify product trends and marketing opportunities.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree.
• 7+ years of experience in marketing, product management, or new product development with a strong track record.
• Proven experience in sourcing or selecting new products.
• Experience with catalog development is a plus.
