Product Marketing Manager | Round Lake, IL, United States | On-site

The Role

  • Manage and mentor a team of Product Marketing Associates.
  • Review and direct creative designs for various marketing collateral, including catalog layouts, web pages, flyers, and emails.
  • Act as a key liaison between Merchandising and Creative departments during the new product selection process.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication across departments regarding product development and web marketing initiatives.
  • Develop new product positioning strategies, considering existing offerings and customer perspectives.
  • Analyze market research and internal data to identify product trends and inform marketing strategies.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, product management, or new product development with a proven track record.
  • Demonstrated experience in sourcing or selecting new products.
  • Previous catalog experience is a strong asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to interpret market research and internal reports.
