The Role

• Manage and mentor a team of Product Marketing Associates.
• Review and direct creative assets for catalog layout, web pages, flyers, and email campaigns.
• Act as a key liaison between Merchandising and Creative teams for new product selection.
• Maintain clear communication across departments regarding product development and web marketing efforts.
• Develop innovative product positioning strategies based on customer insights and competitive analysis.
• Analyze market research and internal reports to identify product trends and inform marketing strategies.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of experience in marketing, product management, or new product development.
• Proven track record in product sourcing or selection.
• Experience in catalog management is a strong asset.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
