The Role

• Manage and mentor a team of Product Marketing Associates.
• Oversee and direct designs for various marketing collateral, including catalog layouts, web pages, flyers, and emails.
• Act as a key liaison between Merchandising and Creative departments for new product selection.
• Facilitate communication across departments regarding new and existing product development and web marketing.
• Develop new product positioning strategies based on customer perspective and market standing.
• Analyze market research and internal reports to forecast product trends and inform marketing strategies.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree.
• 7+ years of experience in marketing, product management, or new product development with a proven track record.
• Experience in sourcing or selecting new products.
• Familiarity with catalog development and management.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
