Job Description

Selmet, a PCC Structurals company, is seeking a Human Resource professional to support our titanium casting manufacturing facility. In this role, you will coordinate full cycle recruiting, onboarding, and employee data management; assist with benefits, leave, and payroll changes; and help maintain compliance with employment laws and company policies. You will support supervisors with performance and corrective action documentation, coordinate training, and contribute to safety and lean initiatives. This position partners closely with operations to drive a culture of quality, continuous improvement, and accountability.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate full-cycle recruiting, including job postings, screening, and interviews
  • Manage onboarding, orientation, and HR documentation for new hires
  • Maintain HRIS records, personnel files, and HR reports with accuracy
  • Administer benefits, leaves of absence, and basic payroll changes
  • Support employee relations, performance documentation, and corrective actions
  • Assist with compliance to federal and state employment laws and company policies
  • Coordinate training, safety, and development programs with supervisors
  • Support lean and continuous improvement initiatives in partnership with operations
  • Respond to HR-related employee inquiries and provide guidance on policies
  • Collaborate with leaders to reinforce a culture of safety, quality, and accountability
