The Role • Perform monthly payroll processing for various entities in compliance with legal, contractual, and company regulations. • Generate employment contracts, references, and manage employee files and archives. • Advise employees and management on payroll, labor law, tax, and social security matters. • Act as the primary contact for health insurance providers, social security agencies, and authorities, managing notifications and reporting. • Prepare and reconcile payroll data for accounting purposes, including journal entries and provisions. • Stay updated on and implement changes in payroll legislation and requirements. • Analyze current processes to identify and implement optimization opportunities. What You'll Need • Completed commercial apprenticeship and several years of experience in payroll or HR administration. • Strong knowledge of current labor, wage tax, and social security laws. • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. • Familiarity with HR management and payroll systems, ideally SAP HCM or P&I Loga. • High commitment, strong service orientation, initiative, and independent work style. • Excellent teamwork, reliability, and resilience. • Effective stakeholder management and problem-solving skills. • Interest in digital HR transformation.
