The Role • Oversee the precise and timely execution of monthly payroll for various companies, adhering strictly to legal, contractual, and internal regulations. • Generate employment contracts, prepare references, and manage employee files and archival records. • Act as a key advisor to employees and leadership on payroll-related matters, including labor, income tax, and social security law. • Serve as the primary contact for health insurance providers, social security agencies, and authorities, managing certifications and reporting. • Prepare and reconcile payroll data for accounting purposes, including journal entries and personnel provisions. • Stay abreast of and implement changes in payroll legislation and regulations. • Analyze current processes to identify and implement optimization opportunities. What You'll Need • Completed commercial apprenticeship and several years of experience in payroll or personnel administration. • Strong knowledge of current labor, income tax, and social security law. • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel. • Familiarity with HR management and payroll systems, ideally SAP HCM or P&I Loga. • High engagement, a strong service orientation, initiative, and an independent work style. • Excellent teamwork, reliability, and resilience. • Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills. • Interest in digital HR transformation.
