Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Pega Business Architect (PBA) to join our client''''''''s Pega transformation program. The ideal candidate will bridge business and technical teams by gathering requirements, facilitating workshops, and translating business needs into Pega solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Pega Business Architect

• Pega Certified Business Architect (PCBA) certification preferred

• Strong experience with Pega Infinity (8.x or later)

• Expertise in Direct Capture of Objectives (DCO) methodology

• Experience conducting requirement gathering and stakeholder workshops

• Strong knowledge of case management and business process modeling

• Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and maintaining product backlogs

• Agile/Scrum experience

• Excellent communication and client-facing skills

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements.

• Conduct DCO workshops with business stakeholders.

• Translate business requirements into Pega case designs.

• Create user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.

• Collaborate with Solution Architects, System Architects, and Developers.

• Support UAT and ensure business requirements are met.

• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and provide project updates.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Healthcare, Banking, Insurance, or Government domains.

• Knowledge of Pega Case Management and Customer Decision Hub is a plus.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
