**100% remote from Day 1 - Must be willing to pick up equipment IN PERSON andbe available during regular working hours (M-F, 8:30 - 5 pm est)
Considerable work-relatedexperience in an IT environment.
Considerable work-relatedknowledge and experience withChange and ReleaseManagement methodologiesusing version control
Considerable work-relatedknowledge and experience withthe Systems Development LifeCycle.
Experience with data entry andwork order processing
Experience with tracking andreporting; controlling processes;and managing workflow.
Must have excellent oral andwritten communication andcustomer service skills withinternal and external customers
