Job Description
Senior Technical Program Manager, Hybrid
We have an immediate need for an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager with strong expertise in AI/ML products, LLM-based agent platforms, technical program management, and cross-functional delivery to own and optimize the operating model for a production AI agent platform.
This is a hybrid position based in Sunnyvale, CA or Austin, TX, for a candidate with deep experience in LLM-based or ML products, multi-agent systems, tool-calling agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt and model versioning, LLM evaluation, LLM observability, golden datasets, regression testing, LLM-as-a-judge, and production quality management.
