Job Description

RedTown Technical Services, LLC seeks a Technical Program Manager to lead delivery of meteorological service programs for SMB clients. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to implement weather data and forecasting solutions, integrate data with client systems, and ensure reliability, performance, and security. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, roadmapping, risk management, and stakeholder communication. You'll drive process standardization, documentation, and continuous improvement in a collaborative, service-oriented culture focused on integrity, learning, and practical results.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of meteorological service programs for SMB clients, aligning technical solutions with business needs.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to design, implement, and support weather data and forecasting platforms.
  • Translate client requirements into technical roadmaps, project plans, and measurable milestones.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies across multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Ensure reliability, performance, and security of meteorological data integrations and related IT systems.
  • Collaborate with engineers to standardize processes, documentation, and operational runbooks.
  • Continuously improve program workflows, reporting, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
