Job Description

Element Care, a nonprofit PACE provider, is seeking a Technology Program Manager to lead complex initiatives that support frail seniors living independently. In this mission-driven role, you'll manage cross-functional technology programs spanning clinical, operational, and administrative workflows. Responsibilities include defining roadmaps, gathering requirements, overseeing vendors, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery. You will promote data security, regulatory compliance, and change adoption while collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams to improve care quality, efficiency, and user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead planning and execution of technology programs supporting PACE care delivery and operations
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, clinical, and operations stakeholders
  • Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and budgets for multiple initiatives
  • Translate clinical and operational needs into clear technical requirements
  • Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and solution integrations
  • Establish PMO best practices, documentation, and reporting standards
  • Monitor program performance, metrics, and continuous improvement opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements
  • Facilitate change management, training, and communication for new systems
  • Report program status and outcomes to leadership and key stakeholders
