IT Program Manager

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior Delivery Lead for a hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC or Plano, TX. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

This role will serve as a program delivery manager responsible for driving the successful execution of complex, enterprise-scale transformation initiatives within an Audit and Risk technology portfolio. The Senior Delivery Lead will own the end-to-end program strategy, governance, and delivery across highly regulated environments, ensuring seamless coordination across technology, audit, and risk teams. This leader will be accountable for structuring large, multi-workstream programs, establishing scalable governance, navigating enterprise approvals, and integrating emerging technologies such as AI into existing audit platforms with strong oversight, control, and auditability.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the successful execution of complex, enterprise-scale transformation initiatives
• Own end-to-end program strategy, governance, and delivery across highly regulated environments
• Ensure seamless coordination across technology, audit, and risk teams
• Structure large, multi-workstream programs and establish scalable governance
• Navigate enterprise approvals and integrate emerging technologies like AI into existing platforms

Requirements:

• Experience with Project and/or Technical Management
• Background in process and project execution
• Proficiency with project administration, including task and deliverable management
• Experience with Agile tools such as Jira

Pay range: $52.54 - $60.54 per hour
