IT Program Manager

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Delivery Technology Lead - Release Management - Hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC or Plano, TX or Pennington, NJ. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.
This role involves managing the end-to-end technical delivery of network solutions. The ideal candidate will translate business requirements into implementation details, manage technical resources including vendors and partners, and ensure the successful deployment of changes in a fast-paced, global environment. This position requires a flexible approach to working hours to support global teams and change windows.
Responsibilities:

• Understand and translate business requirements into engineering and or implementation details
• Manage network technical, engineering, and implementation resource tasks and service delivery
• Manage the end-to-end successful technical or solution delivery of assigned tasks
• Take direct accountability for engineering resources and all assigned work tasks, including release and deployment tasks
• Develop, track, report, and manage engineering delivery tasks

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a technical role supporting network projects/programs
• Leadership skills: self-starter, self-directed, and shows initiative
• Focused on execution, delivery, and commitment to dates with the ability to work in a high-paced environment
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage risk and make good decisions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate and influence upward and laterally
• Organized, detail-oriented, and possesses a strong technical acumen
• Ability to partner with others for the good of the initiative
• Experience with Jira and Agile methodologies

Desired qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, business, or a finance-related field
• Familiar with wealth management and/or Financial Center technologies
• Industry Certifications in PMP, ITIL, Agile Methodology are strongly preferred; technical certifications such as CCNA are a plus
• Experience with Change Management and CAB processes and procedures
• Strong background in an IT service delivery role
• Experience in financial services (Insurance, Banking, Investment banking)
• Experience with Confluence, Lean-Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe Agile methodologies

Pay range: $52.54 - $60.54 per hour
