We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in Mastery Mastermind TMS, On-Board Computers (OBC), and transportation/fleet logistics for a long-term remote opportunity.

🔑 Mandatory Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of overall IT experience as a Business Analyst.

• Recent, hands-on experience with Mastery Mastermind TMS.

• Strong experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS), On-Board Computers (OBC), trucking, road transportation, and fleet logistics.

• Experience supporting or deploying Mastery/Motive TMS solutions.

• Experience with at least one full lifecycle OBC deployment and one full lifecycle TMS deployment.

• Strong requirements gathering, SDLC workshops, business process analysis, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience creating test plans and test cases, performing functional testing, supporting UAT, and managing defect resolution.

• Experience with deployment, cutover, hypercare, production support, and user training.

• Excellent communication, documentation, collaboration, and time-management skills.

• Ability to work during Central Standard Time (CST) business hours.

• Motive deployment experience.

• Road energy transportation industry experience.

• Snowflake integration experience.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Gather and translate business requirements into effective TMS/OBC solutions.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams on solution design and process improvements.

• Support Mastery/Motive deployments, ticket prioritization, issue resolution, and ongoing application enhancements.

• Develop and execute test plans, functional tests, integration tests, and UAT.

• Maintain technical and functional documentation.

• Support new implementations, cutover activities, hypercare, and end-user training.
