Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to define and drive innovative Payments, Data, Analytics, and AI-powered products. This role will be responsible for identifying new product opportunities, conducting market and customer research, shaping product strategy, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions. The ideal candidate combines payments domain expertise with strong product management, UX, and stakeholder management skills.

 Key Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, and business cases for payments and data-driven products.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, customer discovery, and ideation workshops to identify new product opportunities.
• Lead discussions with business stakeholders, customers, UX teams, and engineering teams to define innovative product concepts.
• Translate customer and business needs into product requirements, user stories, and prioritized roadmaps.
• Champion UX best practices and ensures intuitive, customer-centric product experiences.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data, Analytics, and AI teams to drive successful product delivery.
• Manage product backlogs, prioritization, and Agile execution.
• Present product strategies, roadmaps, and business outcomes to senior leadership.

 Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of Product Management experience with a proven track record of launching successful digital or data products.
• Strong experience in the Payments industry, including Merchant Services, Payment Processing, FinTech, Digital Payments, Banking, or Embedded Payments.
• Experience developing Data, Analytics, AI, or digital products.
• Strong expertise in product discovery, market research, roadmap development, and product lifecycle management.
• Solid understanding of UX principles, customer journey mapping, and user-centred design.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Aha!, Productboard, Azure DevOps, and Figma.
• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.

 Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI, Generative AI, and data monetization strategies.
• MBA or equivalent business qualification.
• Product Management certifications (CPM, CSPO, SAFe Product Manager, Pragmatic Institute).
