Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Analyst / Product Owner / Project Manager with experience working on AI/GenAI projects. The consultant will work closely with the client and technical teams to understand business requirements and AI use cases, translate them into clear requirements, and help drive the project from planning through delivery.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication, stakeholder management, business analysis, and project coordination skills, along with a good understanding of AI, Generative AI, LLMs, and related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients and stakeholders to understand AI/GenAI use cases and business requirements.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Translate business requirements into clear requirements/user stories for technical teams.
• Act as a bridge between the client, business stakeholders, product team, and technical teams.
• Work with AI/ML engineers, developers, data scientists, and architects to understand project requirements and progress.
• Define project scope, priorities, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Manage and track multiple AI initiatives from requirements through implementation.
• Conduct requirement discussions, meetings, demos, and status calls with clients.
• Create and maintain BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and project documentation.
• Work with Product Owners and technical teams to prioritize the product backlog.
• Track project risks, issues, dependencies, and action items.
• Provide regular project status updates to clients and management.
• Coordinate UAT, validate delivered functionality against requirements, and collect stakeholder feedback.
• Help identify opportunities where AI/GenAI can improve business processes and operations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, Project Manager, or similar role.
• Experience working with AI/ML or Generative AI projects/use cases.
• Good understanding of LLMs, GenAI, RAG, chatbots/AI agents, and AI-driven applications.
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional technical and business teams.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to create user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and project documentation.
• Strong project coordination, planning, and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to business stakeholders in simple terms.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI Agents / Agentic AI, RAG, LLM applications, or ML platforms.
• Experience working with cloud-based AI solutions such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools.
• Experience managing AI proof-of-concepts (POCs) and moving them toward production.
• Experience working with enterprise clients and multiple stakeholders.
