Senior Product Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver the roadmap for vendor incentive and rebate programs.

• Oversee automation across the full lifecycle — from contract intake through accruals, settlements, and reporting.

• Coordinate integrations with platforms such as Ironclad, Oracle ERP, pricing tools, vendor master data, Snowflake, Kafka, and related enterprise systems.

• Define governance standards, audit controls, and operational processes to ensure compliance and scalability.

• Collaborate with finance, merchandising, legal, and technology stakeholders to achieve measurable outcomes.

• Manage external partners and internal cross‑functional teams to ensure timely delivery.

Required Experience

• 8+ years in Product Management, enterprise systems, or business transformation.

• Demonstrated success leading rebate, trade funding, vendor incentives, or contract lifecycle initiatives.

• Hands‑on exposure to Ironclad or similar CLM platforms.

• Experience building automated inbound/outbound data integrations.

• Strong knowledge of vendor master data, product hierarchies, pricing, merchandising, and financial workflows.

• Integration experience with Oracle ERP and related enterprise platforms.

• Proven ability to lead complex, cross‑functional programs across finance, accounting, merchandising, legal, and IT.

Preferred Experience

• Background in retail, automotive, distribution, or consumer products industries.

• Familiarity with platforms such as Enable, Vendavo, Vistex, or Oracle Retail.

• Experience designing vendor‑facing portals, dashboards, and self‑service reporting tools.
