Job Title: APO Demand Planning - Product Owner / IBP

Location:  Chicago, IL

Mandatory Skillset: Experience with Advanced Planning and Optimization, Demand Planning, Integrated Business Planning, Product Ownership, Program Management, Agile Backlog and Feature Management. Preferably SAP exposure and experience.

This is pretty Urgent and Critical Requirement

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Own the APO Demand Planning product roadmap and prioritize enhancements.
• Lead demand-planning design across business, supply chain, and IT teams.
• Translate IBP requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Govern statistical forecasting, consensus planning, and exception processes.
• Coordinate releases, testing, deployment, and adoption of APO improvements.
• Monitor forecast accuracy, bias, service levels, and planning performance.
• Resolve process gaps and drive standardization across markets and products.
• Provide stakeholder updates, training, documentation, and change support.
