🔹 Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between Product, Engineering, and Business teams, translating business needs into technical requirements and supporting scalable solutions for banking and financial institutions.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Translate product strategy into functional requirements, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and impact assessments.

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, Architects, UX, and QA teams.

• Support API design, system integrations, and data modeling.

• Assist with test planning, UAT, and issue resolution.

• Maintain technical documentation and align business requirements with technical implementation.

🔹 Required Skills
✅ 8–9 years of experience in Technical Business Analysis or a related role.
✅ Understanding of APIs, system integrations, and SDLC.
✅ Working knowledge of SQL, data structures, Power BI, or Tableau.
✅ Familiarity with Agile, Jira, Confluence, and Aha!
✅ Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

🔹 Preferred Skills

• Banking or FinTech industry experience.

• Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS), embedded finance, and open banking APIs.

• ISO 20022, ACH, Fedwire, and SOAP/XML.

• PCI DSS, GLBA, SOC 2, and FFIEC compliance.
