Assists with the data analysis, defining requirements, project execution, and tracking projects goals for enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems projects. Works closely with project managers, business units, IT teams, and stakeholders to ensure ERP project solutions meet customer needs. Supports system configuration, data integration, process mapping, troubleshooting, and user training. Assists in documenting system requirements, testing, and ensuring system performance while providing ongoing project management support. Coordinates ERP project activities and stakeholder engagement.

Organizes and facilitates stakeholder meetings; supports the coordination of ERP system implementations, configurations, upgrades, and enhancements. Tracks project action items, decisions, risks, and follow-up activities. Assists in developing user stories, requirements documentation, process documentation, project deliverables, and system testing activities. Gathers, analyzes, documents, and validates ERP business requirements.

Conducts interviews, workshops, and analysis to identify and document business needs, objectives, operational challenges, functional requirements, reporting requirements, workflows, system interfaces, and user access needs. Develops business requirements documents, functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, and process documentation. Supports ERP implementation, conversion, integration, and activities.

Assists with data conversion, interfaces, integrations, configuration changes, workflow changes, user acceptance activities, training support, deployment, and post-implementation stabilization. Evaluates the business impact of proposed system changes and assists with implementation plans, recommendations, and mitigation strategies. Supports ERP configuration, functional design, and solution evaluation. Serves as the functional liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams during ERP configuration, development, integration, and enhancement activities.

Reviews proposed system configurations, functional designs, workflows, and software solutions to ensure alignment with approved business requirements. Identifies functional gaps and assists in evaluating configuration, customization, integration, and process alternatives. Plans and performs testing and quality assurance activities. Develops test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and acceptance criteria. Coordinates and performs functional, integration, regression, system, and user acceptance testing for ERP implementations, enhancements, interfaces, reports, workflows, and configurations.

Documents test results, identifies defects, validates corrections, and coordinates retesting through resolution. Analyzes and improves business processes in relation to ERP solutions. Evaluates existing business processes, workflows, policies, and procedures to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, control gaps, and opportunities for automation or standardization.

Develops current-state and future-state process maps and recommends improvements to maximize ERP functionality and operational efficiency Evaluates overall system performance and provides documented recommendations (operating efficiencies) to optimize performance. Evaluates business process to ensure established practices adhere to and meets customer needs. Defines and documents customer business functions and processes. Identifies opportunities for improving business processes; assists in the preparation of proposals to develop new systems and/or extensions for current systems.

Maps business processes as integrated with technical solutions for current and future states. Validates all documented business needs, objectives, current operational procedures, challenges, inputs, output requirements, and levels of systems access are completed. Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Education, Experience and Training: Education or experience equivalent to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or in a job-related field of study.

Four (4) years of work-related experience in ERP systems and/or application technical support and systems analysis. System analysis to include but not limited to multiple programming languages, multiple hardware platforms, operating systems, and database management systems. Special Requirements/Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Skilled in the use of standard software applications (MS Windows, MS Office, etc.). Excellent analytical, organizational and time management skills. Clear and logical approach to problem solving and troubleshooting issues.

Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, and establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, departments and the general public in traditional and virtual settings. Must be able to communicate complex business concepts clearly, both oral and written, and interpret user’s requests. Work and communicate with a wide range of people - peers, vendors, staff members, broader functional and business leadership, and others. Consistently demonstrate professional, positive, and approachable attitude, demeanor and discretion.

Must be able to work on more than one project at a time and across multiple teams. Gather and prioritize customer requirements and working closely with business functions to ensure customer satisfaction goals are met.
