We are a prime vendor to the New York State and work on their HBITS: Hourly-Based IT Services (New York State-wide) requirements.

·        60 Months Experience developing in Atlassian Jira

·        36 Months Experience in Atlassian Confluence

·        36 Months Experience in DevOps Methodologies

·        60 Months Experience in troubleshooting Atlassian Jira

·        60 Months Experience in user and access management in Atlassian Jira

·        60 Months Experience in Atlassian Jira performance monitoring and improvement 

·        60 months of experience authoring and maintaining system technical documentation. Eligible experience includes mapping business workflows, documenting system integrations and automation rules, and creating administrator runbooks, technical specifications, and user-facing guides within a centralized knowledge base (such as Confluence).
