Analyst Senior Business Analysis

RESPONSIBILITIES

A client with Kforce is seeking an Analyst Senior Business Analysis to join their team. This is a hybrid opportunity in Jacksonville, FL with 3 days a week onsite Tuesday through Thursday.

Duties

• Implements industry-leading workforce processes to drive organizational success in the industry
• Develops and implements scenario planning methodologies to assess the impact of various factors on the workforce, such as market trends, regulatory changes, and business expansions
• Consults with leadership to understand business objectives and translate them into actionable workforce plans
• Applies highly developed analytical skills to conduct in-depth analyses of talent supply and demand, identifying gaps, and proposing strategies to address skill shortages
• Contributes to impactful decision-making by developing and implementing scenario planning methodologies to assess the impact of various factors on the workforce
• Develops actionable strategic insight into workforce trends and factors influencing talent supply and demand
• Directs groups throughout the establishment of operational plans for the workforce planning job area, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Develops and implements new processes, standards, or operational plans that significantly improve existing processes and practices for efficiency and effectiveness
• Interfaces with executive leadership and various strategic stakeholders in the organization to ensure workforce planning goals support business needs
• Manages large-scale projects or processes that significantly contribute to organizational performance
• Colleagues in this position are expected to tackle semi-complex and often challenging problems, requiring analysis and sound judgment
• Communication with both internal stakeholders and external partners such as clients or vendors is expected

REQUIREMENTS

• Requires a strong foundation of knowledge, typically supported by a university degree or equivalent experience
• Looking for a minimum of 5 years of experience in deriving recommendations from data and communicating with L3 leaders internally as well as eternal stakeholders, etc.
• Systems: Fabric, Power BI, Copilot, modern Excel (large sets of data to derive recommendations)
• Must have great problem-solving skills and ability to build relationships (influence stakeholders to make changes to process), ability to gather requirements and test as well
• Operating with a high degree of autonomy, this position will determine appropriate methods and procedures for new assignments and lead teams or initiatives
• HR experience is very beneficial but not mandatory

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
