HR Advisor

Portfolio HR & Reward are supporting an inclusive public sector organisation that are currently seeking a HR Advisor join them on a 3 month temporary contract.

This role will be based in Newbury and offers hybrid working with 2 days in office and the rest working from home.

The successful candidate will receive an hourly rate between 18 - 21 per hour, holiday pay included.

As a successful HR Advisor, you will be responsible for;

• Deliver a business partnering approach to professional advice, guidance and coaching to managers around policy
• Support with the delivery and roll out of HR initiatives.
• Advise on the development of Policy, strategy, and plans.

The ideal HR Advisor will have experience in the following;

• Providing professional advice and support within a large organisation, ideally also with unions and stakeholders
• Strong employment law knowledge
• CIPD Level 5 qualification or qualified through experience
