HR Advisor

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Advisor to join our client based in the DE55 area on a 3 month temprary basis. Duties Prepare HR documentation including contracts, offer letters, probation letters and new starter paperwork. Maintain accurate employee record and update HR systems. Manage holiday, sickness and absence records Coordinate new starter onboarding. Assist with meetings, disciplinary processes, redundancy meetings and note taking. Audit HR files in line with GDPR requirements.
