Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team. Whether you have prior insurance experience or a strong sales background, we'll provide the training, mentorship, licensing assistance, and warm leads you need to succeed. This role offers a competitive hourly base salary, uncapped bonus opportunities, and a clear path to future leadership as an Agency Manager.

Base Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour, based on experience expected first year income between $50,000 - $70,000+

Prospect and develop new business opportunities. Follow up on warm leads generated through agency marketing campaigns. Prepare and present customized insurance proposals. Close new business and achieve monthly sales goals. Cross-sell additional products to existing clients.

Build lasting relationships through exceptional customer service. Requirements
Sales experience preferred; insurance experience not required. Ability to obtain Property Casualty and Life Insurance licenses. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset. Coachable and eager to learn. Professional, dependable, and customer-focused.
