What You’ll Be Responsible For
Building and managing relationships with:
Kitchen & Bath remodelers, designers, and showrooms
Residential builders and construction companies
Prospecting and developing your own pipeline of new accounts
Following up on bids and turning quotes into closed work
Growing accounts year-over-year—not just maintaining them
Managing your territory like a business (activity, follow-up, revenue growth)
What We’re Looking For
Strong candidates will have experience in:
Kitchen & Bath design or showroom sales
Working with builders or construction companies
Cabinet, flooring, or related trades
Outside sales in a relationship-driven environment
You’ll succeed here if you are:
A producer who wants a career, not just a job
Comfortable prospecting and building new relationships
Able to manage multiple accounts without dropping the ball
Consistent with follow-up and disciplined in your process
Competitive, driven, and accountable to your numbers
Compensation
Base Salary + Commission (uncapped)
Multiplier-style earnings are tied directly to account performance
