Business Analyst

Description
We are looking for a Business Analyst to strengthen business applications and improve how sales, marketing, and customer engagement teams operate in Oxford, Massachusetts. This position partners with stakeholders across the organization to uncover process gaps, shape practical system-based solutions, and support the ongoing performance of enterprise applications. The role is ideal for someone who combines analytical thinking, strong documentation skills, and hands-on experience with customer-facing business systems.

Responsibilities

Partner with department leaders and end users to evaluate current workflows, surface operational pain points, and define clear business needs. Translate process findings into detailed functional documentation, including user stories, workflow maps, and solution requirements. Administer and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Dynamics 365 Marketing/Customer Insights to support business objectives. Review and refine processes tied to lead handling, pipeline visibility, customer interactions, campaign activity, forecasting, and quotation support.

Work with technical teams to maintain and improve integrations between CPQ, manufacturing platforms, and other essential enterprise systems. Organize and support testing efforts by validating expected results, tracking defects, and helping resolve issues during project delivery. Assist with application rollouts, data verification, user readiness activities, and post-implementation support. Create training guides, reference materials, and process resources that improve adoption and encourage consistent system usage.

Contribute to ongoing improvement efforts focused on automation, reporting accuracy, process efficiency, and data integrity. Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role supporting customer-facing business operations. Practical experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and/or Dynamics 365 Marketing (Customer Insights). Familiarity with CPQ processes or tools used to support pricing and quote development. Strong understanding of CRM-centered workflows, sales operations, marketing processes, and the customer lifecycle.

Proven ability to gather requirements, lead stakeholder discussions, and convert business needs into scalable application solutions. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce clear documentation and build cross-functional alignment. Experience with user acceptance testing, system integrations, and implementation support is preferred. Exposure to Power Platform, Agile tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira, or enterprise environments in manufacturing or industrial settings is a plus. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.
