The Business
This is an exciting opportunity to join an established organisation embarking on a significant programme of improvement and transformation.

With strong foundations already in place, the business is focused on raising standards, strengthening collaboration and creating a culture of continuous improvement. You'll join at a pivotal time, working alongside a leadership team committed to driving positive change and long-term success

The opportunity
As Senior Engineer, you will lead a small engineering and maintenance team, bringing structure, direction and accountability to daily operations.

This is a highly visible role where you'll influence decision-making, improve execution and ensure engineering activities are aligned with wider business objectives.

You'll play a key role in driving reliability, improving performance and supporting ongoing site improvement initiatives.
What we’re looking for
We're seeking an experienced engineering professional with a strong EC&I background (degree qualified or equivalent) and experience operating within a complex industrial manufacturing environment.

You'll be a confident leader who can coach and develop others, make sound decisions and build effective relationships across a business.

Success in this role will come from your ability to solve problems, influence stakeholders and raise standards through practical, hands-on leadership.
Why This Role?
Few opportunities offer the chance to make such a visible impact. This role provides genuine autonomy, the opportunity to shape engineering performance and the platform to influence the future direction of a growing organisation.

If you're motivated by leading change, developing people and delivering sustainable improvements, this could be the career-defining opportunity you've been looking for.
