Business Analyst / Process Consultant

Key Responsibilities
Lead process design workshops and requirements gathering sessions across ServiceNow workstreams
Define, document, and validate process maps, business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements traceability matrices
Review and validate business and process documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with project objectives
Lead UAT scenario creation and coordinate business validation activities
Support business readiness initiatives, training material development, and end-user training programs
Drive stakeholder communication, engagement, and user adoption throughout implementation and go-live phases
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and QA teams to ensure successful delivery of business requirements
Analyze current-state and future-state processes and recommend process improvements
Facilitate requirement clarification sessions and support change management initiatives
Ensure business requirements are translated into scalable and effective ServiceNow solutions
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
