The Role • Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair and vehicle diagnostics. • Provide emergency breakdown support to members across the UK. • Handle a variety of tasks including battery changes, tyre replacements, and complex fault-finding. • Offer quick, confident solutions and reassurance to members. • Start and finish your workday from your own driveway. • Work demand-led shifts averaging 40 hours per week, with optional overtime. What You'll Need • A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent. • At least 2 years' post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience. • A customer-focused approach and excellent people skills. • A full UK driving licence. • Ability to remain calm and confident under pressure. • A proactive, problem-solving mindset.
