Job Description

Roadside Technician | Milton Keynes, United Kingdom | On-site | £36,400 base, £61,000 OTE

We're hiring for an established automotive assistance provider with over 125 years of trusted service, dedicated to keeping the UK's drivers moving through innovation and a deep commitment to member satisfaction.

The Role

  • Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair and vehicle diagnostics.
  • Provide emergency breakdown support to members across the UK.
  • Handle a variety of tasks including flat batteries, tyre changes, and complex fault-finding.
  • Offer reassurance and quick, confident solutions to members in need.
  • Start and finish your workday from home, tackling diverse roadside challenges.

What You'll Need

  • Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
  • At least 2 years of post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
  • A strong customer-focused approach and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • Ability to remain calm and confident under pressure.
