The Role

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support.
• Respond to member call-outs with quick, confident solutions and reassurance.
• Handle a variety of tasks including flat batteries, tyre changes, and complex fault-finding.
• Work autonomously, starting and finishing your day from home.
• Embrace a fast-paced role with daily variety and new challenges.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
• At least 2 years' post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
• A customer-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Ability to think on your feet and make confident decisions.
