The Role

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support.
• Provide quick and confident solutions for common vehicle issues from flat batteries to complex faults.
• Start and finish your workday from your driveway, averaging 40 hours per week with optional overtime.
• Respond to breakdowns across the region, acting as a key point of contact for members in need.
• Embrace a varied workload with new challenges and customer interactions daily.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent) with at least 2 years of post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
• A full UK driving licence.
• A strong customer-focused approach, remaining calm and professional under pressure.
• Ability to think on your feet and make effective decisions for each unique roadside situation.
• Possession of essential tools and diagnostic equipment for efficient repairs.
