The Role • Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support. • Provide quick, confident solutions and reassurance to members in need. • Handle a variety of tasks including flat batteries, tyre changes, and complex fault-finding. • Start and finish your day from home, with demand-led shifts averaging 40 hours per week. What You'll Need • Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent) with at least 2 years' post-qualification experience in technical, electrical, and diagnostic work. • A customer-focused approach and the ability to remain calm under pressure. • A full UK driving licence. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions independently.
