Business Analyst – Trust / Wealth Modernization

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong Trust and Wealth Management domain expertise to support a modernization program migrating from SEI Trust 3000 (T3K) to SEI Wealth Platform (SWP). The BA will partner with business and technology stakeholders to drive current-state discovery, requirements gathering, process mapping, and impact analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead current-state discovery across Trust and Wealth applications and business processes.
• Document and map T3K-based workflows, identifying gaps and changes required for SWP.
• Define target-state business and functional requirements with business stakeholders.
• Assess application, integration, reporting, and data impacts related to the migration.
• Perform downstream impact analysis across connected systems and business processes.
• Collaborate with QE and development teams to define acceptance criteria and validate requirements.
• Support cutover planning, migration requirements, and UAT.
• Work across business, technology, and vendor teams in a complex modernization environment.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of Business Analyst experience in Trust, Wealth Management, Private Banking, or a related financial-services domain.
• Hands-on experience with SEI Trust 3000 (T3K) and/or SEI Wealth Platform (SWP) strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of fiduciary operations, trust accounting, and wealth management processes.
• Experience supporting core platform migration or modernization programs.
• Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, and impact assessment skills.
• Ability to work effectively across business and technology teams in a multi-vendor environment.
  • SAFe Agile / PI Planning experience preferred.
