• Lead discovery by gathering complete, clear, and actionable business requirements with no gaps or ambiguity.
• Think strategically, challenging assumptions, considering future needs, and recommending solutions—not just documenting requests.
• Drive Agile delivery with hands-on experience in Jira, user story writing, backlog management, acceptance criteria, and sprint ceremonies.
• Communicate and influence effectively across business and engineering teams, including confidently pushing back when needed to achieve the best outcome.
• Demonstrate ownership, analytical thinking, and a learning mindset; prior real estate experience is preferred but not required.

Required: Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science or a related field

This role is open to W2 or those seeking Corp-Corp employment. The salary range for this role is $104 - $113k. For corp-Corp rates please contact the recruiter.
