Business Analyst II

**SHORTLISTED CANDIDATE SHOULD BE AVAILABLE FOR IN-PERSON INTERVIEW**

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business  Administration, or other related field or equivalent work experience.
• Works well in a legacy business environment with consistent change and ambiguity. Can multi-task and understand a variety of different stakeholders and how best to collaborate for project success.
• 10 years of experience using requirements gathering tools.
• Five years of management and supervision experience with direct reports.
• Requires 10 years of business experience, including four years as a technical expert utilizing reporting software, dashboards, MS Excel, Crystal Reports, or PDF to produce business intelligence reports for executive management.
• A minimum of five years of experience working on business projects for internal stakeholders from operations, maintenance, finance, administration, accounting, security, and safety projects as a Business Analyst.
• Experience working multiple small to medium size projects with multiple technologies and functions.
• Five years of experience with Vendor integration projects.
• Works under the general direction of Senior Project Manager, Advanced Project Manager II, or Program Manager or other leadership stakeholders at County.
• Excellent Communications, (written and verbal), Ownership, Teamwork, Accountability, Conflict Resolution, and Analytical skills to successfully drive assigned projects to completion. Technical writing capabilities are considered a plus.
