Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices seeks an experienced Real Estate Broker-Owner to lead and grow a local brokerage. You will recruit, mentor, and manage agents; drive residential and commercial sales; and ensure legal and ethical compliance. Oversee P&L, marketing, and brand standards while leveraging our technology, training, and referral network to expand market share.
