Job Description

About The Menkiti Group Sales Team

The Menkiti Group Sales Team is an award-winning real estate sales organization operating across Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia. Built on the core belief that real estate transforms lives, enhances communities, and builds generational wealth, our team delivers high-touch commercial and residential real estate services. As part of an integrated real estate ecosystem, The Menkiti Group Sales Team collaborates directly with in-house mortgage and insurance pillars to provide an end-to-end, seamless real estate experience for buyers, sellers, and investors.

The Role Vision: From Transactional Agent to Lifelong Real Estate Strategist

The MG Home Advisor is not a traditional real estate agent chasing one-off transactions. You are a long-term real estate advisor guiding clients through every phase of their property ownership journey. Rather than ending the relationship at settlement, you serve as an ongoing advisor who helps clients build, optimize, and protect their real estate portfolios over a lifetime.

Full Responsibilities

  • Comprehensive Client Consultation: Conduct deep, strategic intake consultations that map immediate housing needs to long-term financial and equity goals.

  • Lifecycle Property Representation: Guide clients through buying, selling, downsizing, and investing using structured roadmaps, comparative market analyses, and customized property launch plans.

  • Cross-Functional Ecosystem Collaboration: Partner seamlessly with Mission Mortgage and Town & Country Insurance Group during initial discovery to align financing, asset protection, and real estate strategy from Day 1.

  • Post-Settlement Advisory: Conduct annual home equity reviews, property market updates, and long-term portfolio planning sessions to maintain multi-year client relationships.

  • Agreement Execution & Representation Strategy: Draft, negotiate, and execute buyer representation agreements, exclusive listing agreements, purchase offers, and addenda with precision, ensuring full compliance and absolute protection of client interests.

  • Operational SLA Adherence: Operate strictly within the team’s Service Level Agreement (SLA) Playbook, ensuring 24- to 48-hour turnarounds on initial strategy deliverables.

System Adoption, Adaptability & Technical Competencies

  • System Adaptability: Must demonstrate a proactive willingness to learn, master, and fully adopt current internal platforms and software ecosystems.

  • Tech Stack Competencies: Active use and management of Lofty CRM for lead pipeline automation, Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, One Drive, Forms), and digital document execution systems (Dotloop/DocuSign).

  • Process Discipline: Diligently track every stage of the client lifecycle within team systems to ensure seamless multi-department coordination.

  • Active Real Estate License in Washington, D.C., Maryland, or Virginia (multi-jurisdiction licensing preferred).

  • Minimum 2+ years of residential real estate sales experience with a track record of consultative client management.

  • Demonstrated commitment to cross-functional teamwork and holistic client service.

All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
