Real Estate Managing Broker

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the real estate brokerage office
• Recruit, onboard, and retain real estate agents
• Mentor and coach agents to increase production and professionalism
• Review and approve contracts and transaction files for compliance
• Ensure adherence to state real estate laws, ethics, and brokerage policies
• Implement training, technology, and marketing resources for agents
• Drive office sales performance and business development initiatives
• Resolve escalated client or transaction issues and manage risk
• Promote a client-focused, ethical, and collaborative culture
