The Role

• Meet face-to-face with business owners and families within your territory Monday through Thursday.
• Educate prospects on how supplemental insurance products bridge gaps in traditional health coverage.
• Utilize a proven 10-step sales system, enhanced by AI coaching, to guide prospects from initial contact to closing.
• Collaborate with a supportive team, sharing best practices and celebrating successes.
• Travel within your assigned territory for client meetings.

What You'll Need

• A strong work ethic and motivation to control your income.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse individuals.
• Coachable and self-starting attitude, eager to learn and follow a proven system.
• Comfort with overnight travel Monday-Thursday within your assigned territory.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• No prior insurance experience is required; comprehensive training will be provided.
