The Role

• Travel within a designated territory Monday-Thursday to meet with business owners and families.
• Educate clients on how supplemental insurance products can bridge gaps in traditional health coverage.
• Utilize a proven 10-step sales process, enhanced by AI coaching, to guide prospects through to closing.
• Collaborate with a supportive team, sharing best practices and celebrating successes.
• Identify prospects, deliver compelling presentations, and close deals with confidence.

What You'll Need

• A strong work ethic and a desire to control your income based on performance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse individuals.
• A coachable attitude and a willingness to learn and implement a proven sales system.
• Comfort with overnight travel Monday through Thursday within an assigned territory.
• 18+ years of age.
• No prior insurance experience is required, as comprehensive training is provided.
