  9. Support iterative implementation and usability validation, including access for users with disabilities and screen readers (e.g., JAWS, NVDA).
  10. Ensure solutions align with applicable accessibility and web standards (e.g., W3C) and internal technology standards.
  11. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders across all technical levels.

Requirements:

  1. 5+ years of full-time business systems analysis experience.
  2. 5+ years of full-time QA/quality analysis experience.
  3. Willingness to follow required project processes, documentation standards, and organizational policies.

  5. Ability to write clear documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  6. Experience working with data automation standards and systems administration technologies.
  7. Ability to analyze organizational structures, business practices, policies, and procedures.
  8. Ability to coordinate work with others and explain complex concepts clearly.
  9. Experience with data modeling/ERDs, SQL, and web UI design concepts.

  11. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  12. Understanding of system capabilities/limitations and how systems support business processes.
